Colleagues should take care of
each other, have fun, celebrate
success, learn by failure, look
for reasons to praise not to
criticise, communicate freely
and respect each other.
This is
doubly important for the Virgin
Galactic team in Mojave, where
we are busy creating the world’s
first commercial spaceline. The
team spirit and sense of
togetherness instilled in such a
young, innovative group is
really inspiring to see.
