Intrinsic motivation is the incentive you feel to do
something or to complete a task simply because you
find it interesting or enjoyable.
If you find a task boring, figure out how to spark
your curiosity and turn uninspiring activities into
interesting challenges.
How To Increase Your Intrinsic Motivation
•Focus on your higher goals while doing small tasks;
•Reframe a boring task to make it exciting;
•Identify opportunities to do things in a way that
suits you best;
•Adjust the level of difficulty of a too-easy
activity to make it more challenging;
•Fall in love in a too-difficult activity to make it
interesting and inspiring your entrepreneurial
creativity;
•Identify how the activity fosters and supports your
values to align with your higher self.
Intrinsic Motivation as the Key to Super-Creativity
My brain is still the same, but I am now 1000+ times
more creative than I used to be. Why? The answer is
intrinsic motivation. I discovered my inspiring life
mission which is to turn the Earth to a Planet of
Loving Creators. I pursue my life mission
passionately and generate 1000+ innovative ideas
every day. So, intrinsic motivation is the key to
super-creativity.
