• that makes up the public domain in the form of written documents, and with the reservation that this information does not result from an abusive disclosure on my part,

• that was disclosed to me by a knowledgeable third party outside the company.

This information will remain confidential for a duration of 24 months, starting on the day of receipt of  the information, be it by mail or during a visit.

During this time, I will not disclose in any fashion to any third party, including any company, any information beyond generalities, without prior written permission from the company ABC.
